We will work diligently with the manufacturer to take care of your service need. MedMogul and/or the manufacturer reserve the right to replace the defective part(s) and requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. We are unable to expedite shipment on replacement items or parts. If a replacement part cannot be rapidly obtained, a new item will be shipped. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement item despite MedMogul’s best efforts, we will decide on a case by case basis.
At times, the manufacturer may require the defective item returned. In this case, MedMogul will provide shipping payment for the return. Failure to return the defective item will result in being billed for the retail cost of the item.
After fourteen (14) days of receipt, we will refer all issues concerning defective merchandise to the manufacturer for warranty processing, if applicable.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY MEDMOGUL.
MedMogul will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. MedMogul’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the purchased merchandise.
All Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipment within the United States is sent through USPS Priority Mail Free of charge. International Shipping to Canada will accompany an additional $10 fee to cover shipping. International shipping to UK is a flat fee of $85 for kits and all other items at a rate of $30. Once the package is in Canada OR United Kingdom additional charges can apply for Customs and taxes that the BUYER is responsible for upon delivery from UPS or USPS. Typically they contact you with the telephone number provided to collect customs/taxes. We do not have any control on customs and tax charges. Any questions about customs please contact your local custom authorities.
Any return shipping cost outside of errors, damage and manufacturer defects will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If the item is being returned due to an error, defect or damage during original shipping, MedMogul will gladly pay for the return shipment.
MedMogul is continually striving for your complete satisfaction with your medical supply needs when purchasing an item from us. We realize that although MedMogul carries stringent strategies to ensure that all orders are processed properly, the customer may find it necessary to return or exchange an item. Following is the proper procedure to process all qualifying returns and/or exchanges.
Damaged and Defective items: MedMogul is diligent in all shipment of items. However, if an item arrives damaged and/or manufacturing defect, please contact us directly via email to begin the process for an exchange or return as is suitable. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect or other error to which MedMogul is at fault, rest assured that MedMogul will do everything in our power to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Conditions for Return
Most items that we sell may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping provided you follow the instructions listed below.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
The item must be clean (no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked, etc.)
The item must be new and cannot be opened.
There should be no evidence of tampering or broken seals.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:
Opened packages or anything that cannot be resold as New.
Other items specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the item’s website description
Return requests more than 14 days after delivery
Any item that has been modified or used
Any item not in its original packaging
MedMogul will not charge customers a restocking fee If the item is new and unused, we will gladly accept the return. Please follow the instructions to properly process your return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers will be required to validate a return. Items will not be accepted without a proper RMA number.
Customers must request a RMA number and return the item within a fourteen (14) day period of delivery in order for the return to qualify.
MedMogul highly advises all returns be packaged properly and that return shipment is insured for it’s retail value. Please obtain proper tracking number for all returns.
MedMogul is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process from the customer’s address to the return facility.
All returns are subject to inspection. Returns must be in new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition and contain all packaging materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any item not in its original condition, opened, or seals tampered with will be deemed unsuitable for resale and will not be accepted for a refund.
Exchanges will be made upon our discretion and will be considered case by case.
If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued within 30 days after we have received, inspected, and approved the return. We will send your refund via the original payment method that you used to pay for the item.
If a cancellation needs to be processed after an order has been placed, even if the item has not been received yet, it remains subject to regular return policies. Customers are responsible for accepting delivery, at which time they can contact MedMogul for the return processing, as per above directions.
However, MedMogul will give its utmost care to accommodate the needs of the customer, especially in rare cases that an item is back ordered.
